Terms and ConditionsRESERVATION: A Reservation Deposit of $250.00 CAD is necessary to reserve a Motorhome and a Reservation Deposit of $150.00 CAD is necessary to reserve a Tent Trailer for your desired time. Please refer to our Reservation Request Form or Contacts page for further information. PAYMENT: Payment may be made by, Cash, Debit Card, VISA or MASTERCARD. WE DO NOT CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR PAYMENTS MADE BY CREDIT CARD!!! THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY RETURNS. DRIVER'S LICENSE / AGE REQUIREMENT: The minimum driver age is 25 years. All driver's must be in possession of a valid driver's license from his/her country of residence and must be listed on the rental contract. An International Driver's License is recommended for all drivers who are not residents of Canada or the United States. INSURANCE: A statutory automobile liability insurance against third party claims is included in the basic rental fee. If desired, additional coverage can be purchased. Complete coverage and waivers are subject to the terms and conditions of the rental contract. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A Security Deposit of $2500.00 CDN (or $500.00 CDN depending on the insurance coverage chosen) will be charged to the customers credit card at the time of vehicle pickup and credited back at the time of vehicle return. (*assuming no damage has been done to the vehicle) TAXES: All rental prices are subject to the Federal and Provincial sales taxes (8% PST, 5% GST). RENTAL PERIOD / DATE: Our rental rates, minimum rental periods and different pricing seasons can be found on our pricing pages. CANCELLATION: Based on your Departure Date!
TRANSFERS: Transportation to/from the Toronto, Buffalo or Hamilton Airports is provided as a free service to our customers. There will be no monetary reimbursement if a transfer is not required.
NOTE: During the Low and Off Seasons we are available on Saturdays by appointment only. RV ORIENTATION: The RV Orientation is mandatory for all "Drivers". It will take place at the time of vehicle pickup and should take approximately 30 minutes. VEHICLE PICKUP / RETURN: All pickup and return times are as per mutual agreement as set out in the customers Rental Confirmation and Contract. All vehicles must be picked up and returned to Niagara Vacation Rental's company location in Niagara Falls, Ontario. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY RETURNS. PERSONAL / VEHICLE AND KITCHEN-SUPPLY KITS: These kits are available for a one-time (not weekly) fee, regardless of how long your rental is. To view the contents of these kits please see the Kits & Accessories Page. Please note that these kits must be reserved prior to the departure date. ADDITIONAL ITEMS FOR RENT: We offer various other items for rent such as charcoal barbecues, bicycles, camping chairs, tables etc. For a complete list of items please view our Kits & Accessories Page or give us a call. STORAGE: We provide free storage for luggage, and free parking in our secure compound for 1 vehicle per rental party. MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: It is the customers responsibility at each refueling stop to check engine oil, coolant and other fluids, and top them up to the required levels. Tire pressure and lights must also be checked periodically. Authorized maintenance expenses incurred will be reimbursed at the time of vehicle return with valid receipts only. SUBSTITUTIONS: Niagara Vacation Rentals will make every effort to provide the customer with the model of vehicle that was reserved. In the case where circumstances don't permit, Niagara Vacation Rentals reserves the right to substitute with vehicles in a similar or higher class. RESTRICTED AREAS: Traveling to the Northwest Territories, Yukon or Alaska is permitted, with the exception of some areas and certain highways where restrictions apply. Travel plans to the Northwest Territories, Yukon or Alaska have to be confirmed in advance and are subject to a surcharge. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Terms, policies, and prices are subject to change without notice. All rentals are subject to the terms and conditions of the rental contract.
